Responsibilities:
- Manage the enterprise network infrastructure, including the configuration and maintenance of firewalls, VPNs, IPS, WAN communication devices, routers, LAN switches, WLAN networks, DNS, and DHCP servers.
- Ensure all WAN and LAN network infrastructure and services are stable and reliable according to company standards.
- Demonstrate relevant experience in firewall configuration, IPS, switches, routers, servers (DNS, DHCP, Radius authentication servers), TCP/IP, Windows, and Linux server operating systems.
- Embrace cloud computing platforms, software-defined networking, network operations, and network security (e.g., DDoS, VPN, Radius, 2FA).
- Perform IT network monitoring and analysis of WAN traffic, ensuring maximum uptime in the region.
- Establish plans of action to resolve problems and implement network solutions.
- Support change requests for network solutions and services.
- Manage the automation of deploying network infrastructure with other teams, including country IT.
- Assist in IT project planning, coordination, and implementation in the region.
- Participate in global and regional IT project rollouts (e.g., Local Internet, VPN, WLAN, Cloud, Storage, Applications, Server, SD-WAN, etc.).
- Participate in new business initiatives (e.g., digitization) as a Network SME, and support the implementation of cloud and on-premises IP voice solutions converged with data networking infrastructure.
- Manage and coordinate with vendors to achieve KPIs in system operations.
- Document processes, procedures, work instructions, system diagrams, inventory, etc.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent disciplines.
- Ability to lead the IT team and manage effectively in a matrix organization, working closely with country IT and vendors.
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting regional network operations and implementation.
- Proficiency in network protocols and security, Azure/AWS Cloud.
- Familiarity with IP Protocols (ICMP, UDP, TCP); Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF); Quality of Service; MPLS; Ethernet (STP, RSTP, VLANs).
- Experience with key network technologies: Cisco/Fortinet, QoS, SD-WAN, Open-source monitoring.
- Cisco (CCNA / CCNP), CCIE, CCNP, or other network certifications are preferred.
