Objectives of the Position
This role is critical in supporting the Regional President in strategic initiatives, overseeing the Project Management Office (PMO) for all strategic projects, and coordinating the efforts of country development teams across multiple countries within the region. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strategic insights, and ability to manage complex projects and schedules.
Main Tasks:
Strategic Support:
- Coordinate dialogues with corporate units on regional initiatives and implementation of strategic goals
- Assist the Regional President in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Conduct research, analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
- Act as a liaison between the Regional President and key stakeholders, both internal and external
Project Management Office (PMO):
- Oversee the PMO for all strategic projects within the region.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
- Develop, implement project management methodologies, and best practices.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
Coordination of Country Development Teams:
- Coordinate and align the efforts of country development teams across multiple countries.
- Coordinate and align Strategic Customer and Local Champions activities in the Region.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams to ensure alignment with regional and global strategies.
- Track the performance and progress of country development initiatives.
Chief of Staff Duties:
- Manage and prepare agendas, briefing, and presentations for meetings/ events, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Ensure efficient and effective communication within the executive team and across the organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related subject with 8 years relevant experience.
- Experience in leading teams and managing projects, ideally in a multicultural work environment and with diverse group of stakeholders.
- Good knowledge in business operations, marketing, product management or strategy development.
