Work Location : 23 Genting Road (located in Macpherson)
Job Responsibilities:
- To provide customer service support in 24 hours call center
- To tabulate reports and write emails when required
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess minimum NITEC/ GCE N/O levels and above
- Computer literate - MS Office (Excel)
- Effectively bilingual with a cheerful personality
- Able to work weekends and public holidays for night shift
- Good phone and verbal communication skills
- Able to coordinate and work well with others
Temp positions for 2-3 months are available too
Working Hours (Full-Time):
2 Rotating Shift as follows :
- Night Shift - 9pm to 9am
- Day Shift - 9am to 9pm
(Part Time/Temp) : Day Shift Only
