- Project co-ordination and planning with sub-contractors and suppliers;
- Attending site meetings occasionally and handling clients’ requirements;
- Preparing and formalizing work orders and subcontract agreements/variation orders/ final accounts;
- Monitoring and keeping records on all variation orders in the project;
- Settlement of project final accounts with clients;
- Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress payments;
- Evaluates subcontractors’ works and recommends payments;
- Liaises with consultant’s Quantity Surveyor for contractual requirements;
- Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor in Civil Engineering/ Quantity Surveying or any related study;
At least 3 years of relevant working experience;
Strong knowledge of contract laws, and project claims is required;
Working experience in A&A works will be an advantage;
Experience in ISO audits will be an advantage;
Attach to a project team. You may be required to support various projects handled by your team;
