Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in purchasing and procurement, specifically within the PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) industry. This role is crucial for supporting buying for Production and Engineering orders, including components, PCBs, electro-mechanical parts, cabling, and mechanical parts. Depending on your experience, you may be considered for a Senior Buyer position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement Management:Support buying activities for Production and Engineering orders, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of necessary components, PCBs, electro-mechanical parts, cabling, and mechanical parts.
Handle overseas purchases, including freight arrangement to ensure smooth and timely delivery of materials.
- Supplier Performance:Monitor and review suppliers’ performance to ensure they meet quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- ISO Support:Provide ISO support within the Material Department, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education:ITE / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Management.
- Experience:
Buyer: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in the PCBA industry.
Senior Buyer: Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in the PCBA industry.
- Skills:Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
