Tasks and duties
- Doing a thorough review of blueprints and construction plans.
- Preparing the quantity requirements.
- Creating reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, and other related documents.
- Liaising with clients and other professionals like Site Managers, Project Managers, and Site Engineers.
- Readying labour and supplier accounts for payment.
- Making negotiations regarding labour contracts and timelines.
- Checking inventory and ordering more materials whenever needed.
