My Client is a leading International Bank with a strong presence in the world's most dynamic markets. A trusted partner for U/HNW individuals worldwide, the Bank is now seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join their elite team in Singapore.

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing long-term relationships with clients, providing personalised financial solutions, and ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with HNW clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.
  • Financial Solutions: Provide tailored financial advice and solutions to clients, leveraging a wide range of investment products and services.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential HNW clients from offshore markets.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage clients' investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and strategies to clients.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional client service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Wealth Management, or a related field, with a focus on HNW clients.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
  • Fluency in English; and proficiency in market-specific language.
