The Opportunity
- Adecco is partnering our client, one of the world's leader in the Consumer Electronics Industry
- This role will be part of the Business Growth, to build "Buy Now, Pay Later" platforms and programs to support business growth across the SEA and Oceania Region. This will include facilitating partnership proposals, project managing IT platform integration and guiding go-tomarket launch strategy.
- 2 years contract
- Salary: Up to SGD 7k
The Talent
- 5-7 years of project management experience in a B2C business, ideally in a regional role
- Expertise in consumer financing / micro-financing preferred (e.g. BNPL or microfinancing programs)
- Solid understanding of microfinancing programs, loan products and solutions, and corresponding financing partner commercial structures
- Experience in working closely with internal cross-functional teams and external partners (with business and IT partners)
- Experience coordinating product launches and go-to-market programs in multiple geographies
Job Description
- Supporting competitive landscape analysis, partner feasibility and local regulatory reviews
- Facilitating finance partner recruitment, proposals, selection, and negotiations
- Collaborating internally with cross-functional regional teams and local subsidiaries to develop and launch localized platform
- Project managing program platform development and IT integration, including the coordination of external platform IT development teams and affordability partners to ensure program development is on track
- Guiding go-to-market strategy, launch preparations, and program launch
- Supporting the design and deployment of regional commercial and marketing programs to enhance platform performance
- Overseeing project budget and coordinating subsidiary program investments
- Monitoring and reporting on program-specific progress, performance, and overall achievement against business KPIs
- Supporting development of program enhancements
