The Zone Brand Lead isaccountable for delivering sales, profit, and market share of the brand development & brand strategy, as well as designing programs to deliver on strategy forecast and management of all P&L lines. This will also involve the preparation of business reviews to analyze the status of the brand vis a vis competitor and market, spot opportunities and build long-term brand ambition, implement programs, and track achievements of KPIs.
Primary Accountabilities
- Provides inputs on all aspects related to brand strategy (brand equity, positioning, and LT plan, brand plan, communication & media strategy, innovation strategy incl. if wants to opt-out)
- Contributes to brand campaign strategy.
- Provides input on local HCP engagement strategy and coordinates the HCP engagement plan with other brands.
- Executes brand plan & budget, esp. by designing winning adaptations of priority initiatives in local markets based on local consumer & shopper insights.
- Defines zone demand.
- Defines local channel strategy (esp. digital/ eCommerce)
- Defines local market price by country, leveraging inputs from Zone RGM and countries in line with GBT guidelines (gross and net price)
- Provides inputs about innovation projects.
- Provides inputs on brand budgeting (esp. net sales & A&P allocation) and performance KPIs to GBT
- Tracks monthly performance at the Zone level and sets up a corrective action plan if required.
- 60% Remote and 40% Travel.
