Main responsibilities:
To manage Online Growth Model of portfolio with combination of Brand Management, Trade Marketing & Performance Marketing across E-Commerce ASEA. The incumbent will be responsible for developing shopper marketing strategy and execution to drive online business. This person is responsible and accountable for supporting the E-Commerce Country Lead and Teams in achieving their sales objectives by analysing and optimizing the visibility and engagement of our brands in-line with e-tailer’s digital strategies.
This individual will drive online share through digital shelf levers, creative development, content ownership and syndication, user experience (UX), search results, and the development of digital content to drive e-tailer traffic.
Develop and manage the strategic plan for brands and stores in e-commerce, including new product development (eNPD) if applicable.
Manage the e-commerce brand P&L and align advertising and promotional (ANP) spend with sales targets and forecasts.
Collaborate with the E-Customer Country Lead and agency Performance Marketing Specialist to drive traffic and conversion rates through optimized media and marketing spend management.
Conceive, plan, and execute key promotions, activations, and brand-related activities.
Monitor pricing for Sanofi store and competitors to identify optimization opportunities.
Coordinate with the E-Customer Country Lead and Brand team to develop and implement content across e-commerce platforms (onsite: store, SKU, PDP pages, campaign/promo banners, search banners; offsite: Facebook CPAS, Google Shopping Ads, Affiliate programs) in line with brand guidelines, ensuring content is always up to date (bundles, promos, new themes).
Work with the E-Customer Country Lead to create in-store visibility and traffic for specific and cross-category SKUs through marketing programs, both national and channel-specific.
Oversee customer service performance, including CRM, product discussions, sentiment analysis, reviews, and ratings to ensure operational excellence.
Design and enhance the impact of online marketing investments through continuous improvement, measuring, analyzing, and interpreting campaign results to improve ROI for future campaigns.
Analyze integrated traffic versus sales report performance across online sales channels.
About you
Education:
Graduate degree in marketing, management degree
Experience & knowledge:
5+ years successful experience within a leading FMCG (Personal Care/Cosmetics) industry
Experience working in regional/zone
Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, eCommerce marketing
Core Competencies:
Strong bias for action, a high degree of personal accountability and an entrepreneurial spirit
Track record of working cross-functionally and leading projects
Strong analytical skills, comfortable digging under the surface to uncover insights, reach logical conclusions and recommend actions back to the business in a compelling way.
