Roles & Responsibilities:
· Coordinate with the beneficiaries, family members and related parties for Will reading, transfer of assets and etc.
· Handle and attend enquiries from the Estate and Succession Practitioners (ESPs), beneficiaries and etc.
· Manage all estate administration matters and able to provide status update to the beneficiaries.
· Working closely with external service providers and certain authorities for any matter in relation to estate administration.
· Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
· Maintaining consistency and adherence to the Standard Operating Procedures.
· Liaising and working closely with other business units within the group in Singapore.
· Able to deliver work within the specified deadlines.
· Well-versed with the various laws and regulations related to wills, trust and estate planning and able to provide advice to the ESPs, beneficiaries and etc.
· Must be a team player and be able to work together with colleagues to ensure successful completion and implementation of projects and assignments.
· Willing to coach and train any other team members.
· Any ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Good command of written and spoken in English.
· Independent, initiative, and able to work under minimum supervision.
· Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
