Job Opportunity: Technician (Office Hours / East)
Location: Changi Business Park
Pick-Up Service: Morning & Evening pick-up from Tanah Merah MRT; Free parking for those who drive; Lunch shuttle provided
Duration: Permanent
Salary: $3,040 per month (Fixed, regardless of education or experience)
Working Hours: Office Hours (details to be confirmed)
Key Responsibilities:
Quality and Compliance:
- Uphold high-quality standards in all Distribution and Production operations.
- Fully understand and adhere to instructions detailed in distribution and batch documents and SOPs.
- Complete all documentation in compliance with cGMP principles.
- Report any known breaches in procedure or substandard quality to the supervisor.
Operational Tasks:
- Perform routine cleaning of Clinical Services equipment and packaging rooms according to SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse through regular housekeeping.
- Accurately count and record materials required for Clinical Trial operations, ensuring proper handling.
Distribution and Inventory Management:
- Receive and manage incoming or returned materials efficiently, updating details in the Inventory Management System.
- Ensure accurate picking of materials for all Distribution Orders.
- Execute all Distribution activities per SOPs and Distribution instructions, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain precise computer transactions in line with Distribution and Inventory Management systems.
Packaging Duties:
- Process materials for various Clinical Services packaging disciplines (e.g., blister packing, walleting, encapsulation, dispensing, labeling, and compilation) as per SOPs and Production Instructions.
- Verify processed materials by completing all relevant documentation.
