Job Description
The Senior Tax Professional will be responsible for delivering expert tax advice and ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in tax advisory, with a focus on transfer pricing, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), wealth and asset management tax matters, and structuring family offices. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Singapore's tax landscape and the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex tax issues. This role will also be responsible in managing and coaching a group of people in the tax department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tax Compliance and Advisory:
- Provide comprehensive tax compliance services, ensuring all client activities adhere to Singapore's tax regulations.
- Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies for clients, optimizing their tax positions.
2. Transfer Pricing:
- Advise on transfer pricing policies and documentation requirements.
- Conduct transfer pricing studies and ensure compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
3. Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A):
- Offer tax due diligence and structuring advice for domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
- Analyze and interpret tax implications of M&A deals to mitigate risks and identify opportunities.
4. Wealth and Asset Management:
- Provide tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals and families.
- Advise on the tax implications of various investment strategies and asset management practices.
5. Family Office Structuring:
- Assist in the establishment and structuring of family offices.
- Develop tax-efficient structures and strategies tailored to the unique needs of family office clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
1. Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in providing professional tax advice on tax compliance matters.
- Proven expertise in tax advisory services, specifically in areas of transfer pricing, M&A, and wealth and asset management.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's tax laws and regulations.
- Experience in structuring family offices is highly desirable.

- Experience in structuring family offices is highly desirable.
3. Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, or equivalent are preferred.and tracking of progress.
