Position: Contract Procurement Representative
Location: Gul
Contract Duration: 12 months + 1 month completion bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary:up to 4500
Transportation: No transport allowance but company bus provided from Boon Lay, Jurong, Chua Chu Kang, Outram Park, and Bedok MRT
Other Benefits: 18 days annual leave, $1000 outpatient claims per annum (Pro-rated according to contract duration)
Key Requirements:
- Experience in chemical or similar industries
- Proficiency in SAP/Oracle
- Knowledge of ISO and Halal standards
Responsibilities:
- Manage SG spending for Direct, Indirect Material, and Equipment categories.
- Enhance CSP (Compliance, System & Process) projects for the SEA Market.
- Prepare monthly savings reports and consolidate the pipeline into the procurement portal.
- Learn and apply Total Delivered Cost (TDC) sourcing process tools and skills to execute sourcing initiatives.
- Identify, develop, and implement sourcing strategies and savings projects.
- Collaborate with the Regional Category Team to develop and implement strategies.
- Engage supplier organizations and internal stakeholders to achieve project milestones and action plans.
- Support all business units across SG for lower delivered cost through TDC model and savings initiatives.
- Develop alternate suppliers and engage appropriate resources (Quality, Supply Chain, RDE, Regulatory) to qualify and approve potential new suppliers.
- Assemble contracts and implement supply positions to ensure the security of supply and achievement of procurement goals.
- Work closely with the Supply Chain team on inventory control, quality of materials, and process safety for materials used.
