Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule work in accordance with the master and detailed work programme
- Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works.
- Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate site activities with subcontractors.
- Handle technical and engineering problems.
- Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works and ensure work progress according to schedule.
- Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time.
- Prepare reports and method statements whenever necessary.
- Manage workers and monitor their work closely to keep the site safe and neat.
- Supervise ongoing site activities closely.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Singapore PE Board
- Registered Resident Engineer with IES/BCA with valid certification in Singapore
- Experience in LTA road projects is preferred.
- Experienced as a PE assignee for standing supervision of works.
- Ability to communicate well with project principal and subcontractors.
