Job Description
- Supervision of manufacturing trainers for the purpose of training proliferation among onboarding manufacturing operators
- Alignment and periodic refurbishment of manufacturing training program to support continuous growth within the manufacturing department.
- Reinforcement of the manufacturing training certification program through the chartering of robust audit processes.
- Facilitation of cross-training among trainers to enhance training cadence.
- Participation in tangential training programs (employee onboarding training, vendor certification curriculum etc.) to support organizational objectives.
- Support the cleanroom information administration system and management of peripheral manufacturing components (smocks, masks, booties, cleanroom boxes &cassettes etc.).
- Collaboration with cross-functional sections to enhance manufacturing operations, quality and cost management through continuous improvement initiatives
- Augmentation of manufacturing efficiency through the promotion of 5S principles, mindsets and methodologies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any Engineering discipline
- 3 years of semiconductor fab manufacturing background preferred
- Fresh graduates with positive learning attitude are welcome
- Experience in project/program management will be advantageous
- Good understanding of Continuous Improvement (6S, 8D, Poka Yoke, etc.) principles with strong inclination towards data-driven methodologies
- Lean Six Sigma background/certification preferred
- Independent contributor and a strong self-starter
- Excellent communication skills with strong team collaboration competency
