Supply Chain Researcher for Retail
About the team.
The Supply Chain Risk Management team uncovers potential legal, reputational, social, environmental, or financial risks in the supply chain. This role involves mapping corporate ownership structures and identifying risks within the clients’ retail supplier base.

Contract Duration: 12 months contract.
Job Scope:
- Conduct in-depth desktop research on active suppliers in the company supply chain using internal vendor databases, company disclosures, public reports, and other credible sources.
- Identify all subsidiaries and shareholders connected to their vendors.
- Cross-reference new data against their internal list of high-risk entities to identify risk flags.
- Escalate findings to the Risk Management team for further due diligence if high-risk connections are identified.
- Create a visual map showing all levels of corporate ownership for each company, highlighting any connections to high-risk entities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of prior knowledge and/or experience in supply chain operations (training will be provided).
- Degree in Supply Chain or related courses
- Strong skills in Excel and mapping.
- Ability to research, comprehend, and synthesize information.
