Contract Period: 15 Aug 2024 to 14 Aug 2026.
Working hours:
* Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 30min lunch break
* Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 30min lunch break
* The authority reserves the right to vary the timing of the working hours when required in consultation with the contractor. Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services:
a. Management of resources
* Regular Inventory management in Science Labs including stock take, replenishing, repairs and replacement
* Assist HOD (Science) to liaise with vendors in procurement for inventory management in Science Labs
* Organise resources neatly with name labels in the Science Labs
* Assist the teacher to facilitate student discussions
* Tidying up of Science Labs
b. Preparation of resources
* Co-ordinate loan request from teachers in the Science Labs
* Preparing and set up of resources according to scheme of work & specifications given by teachers in the Science Labs
* Printing and photocopying jobs in the Printing Room
* Preparation of teaching aids such as cutting and lamination works in the Science Labs
Administrative duties:
* Assist with other ad-hoc administrative duties and preparation of resources for the Authority as required by the school and/or department.
Qualification & Experience:
* should preferably have a GCE 'N'/’O’ Level Certificate
* shall minimally have 1 year of working experience in Primary School Science Lab
