About the role
As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for constructing your best product roadmap to make the platform’s offering highly competitive in the industry. This will include scoping requirements for potential customers, immediate implementations with newly onboarded customers, ongoing enhancements and troubleshooting for existing customers.

About your responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the product development lifecycle.
- Work on market research with the management team to uncover insights during the discovery phase.
- Analyse the competitive landscape to learn what peers/competitors are doing in the market.
- Figure out the strengths and weaknesses of the competitors and our company to use them to make a great product.
- Analyse trend reports, industry content, market statistics, sales data, user stories, mockups, and metrics to come up with a working strategy.
- Manage the development process and the team members to ensure efficient and successful product launches.
- Collaborate with UX designer to research and build a product with the goal of a seamless user experience
- Understand and have a knack for delving into technical complexity and translating that into meaningful features for customers, product requirements and design
- Manage the workflow of the teams relating to product development.
- Develop and maintain product requirements documents as well as templates for reference.
- Work on the prioritization of new features based on usability, functionality, and user experience.
- Assist in clarity on pricing models from first principles as well as benchmarks
- Maintain an updated backlog of the activities, processes, and workflows of the relevant teams, stakeholders, and any external influencers and consultants.
Preferred experiences:
- A bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, design or a related field.
- A master’s degree will be a plus sign.
- Prior work experience as a product manager, software developer, or project manager would be ideal. In its absence, experience of working in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity or customer facing roles would be necessary.
- It is crucial to have extensive knowledge of various product functions, the software development process, and all things product management.
- Familiarity with critical product concepts such as the MVP (Minimum Viable Product), CAC, LTV, etc
- Ability to manage and participate in the Daily Scrum and Sprint Planning.
- Deep understanding of the product vision, product launch, and other concepts is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder communication. That includes working with cross-functional teams and managing all of them simultaneously.
- Great interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, and research skills.
- Ability to develop status reports for external and executive stakeholders.
- Worked in a dynamic environment like a start-up
- Experience in cyber-security or cyber-information security.
