Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the product strategy and roadmap
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to deliver social and trading product solutions
- Advise and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define product roadmap and business requirements.
- Evaluate and launch new products and features, test their performance and iterate constantly and quickly. Deliver detailed Product Requirements Documents and interactive designs of social and trading products, with considerations of technical feasibility and implementation plans
- Monitor and analyze product performance data and promptly react to user feedback to optimize the user experience
- Communicate with the customer service team to help query and solve problems, collect user feedback, and organize product requirements
Requirements:
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Proven experience of building and delivering client focused products from initial assessment to go live
- Experience with trading products, with extensive knowledge of financial derivatives and social trading products
- Outstanding business analysis and problem solving skills with ability to break down complex concepts and requirements into clear written requirements
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to balance multiple projects with various stakeholders
- Organization skills, proactive and quick learner to pick up new concepts quickly and work independently
- Fluent in English mandatory
