Location: Chinatown
Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing and review of applications / documents and handling of electronic filing of documents
- Assist in performing data entries of applications processed
- Create and maintain files, including checking and filing of documents
- Assist in the digitalization of completed file(s) into pdf and uploading into the electronic filing system
- Any other duties as assigned by Civil Division’s management
Requirements
- Competent in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Self-motivated, pro-active, well organized with a keen eye for details, meticulous and committed to delivering high quality work
