Responsibilities:
Cost Center Promotion:
- Maintain monthly standard cost system.
- Calculate cost variance rates.
- Understand cost center KPIs and assessment principles.
- Rank KPIs for manufacturing unit cost centers based on calculated cost savings.
Cost Advantage Analysis:
- Analyze cost savings and year-on-year/month-on-month differences using cost center KPIs.
- Drive improvements in manufacturing cost.
Data Reporting:
- Consolidate product standard cost profit and manufacturing cost center savings status.
- Regularly report findings to supervisors for reference and decision-making.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in cost accounting within electronics, machinery, or heavy industry manufacturing sectors.
- Familiarity with engineering management processes and cost control methods.
- Proficiency in rental standard calculation methods and logic.
- Strong cost accounting and analysis capabilities.
- Advanced skills in office software for data analysis.
- Willingness to undertake long-term business trips to India.
- Overseas experience, particularly in India, is advantageous.
