Job Summary:

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the company and will closely coordinate and work with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team. The CEO will establish short and long-term goals, plans, and policies, ensuring the company achieves its financial and operational objectives while maintaining high standards of corporate governance and ethics.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  1. Develop and implement the company’s vision and overall direction.
  2. Formulate and execute strategic plans to advance the company’s mission and objectives.
  3. Oversee company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
  • Financial Management:
  1. Develop annual budgets and ensure the company meets its financial goals.
  2. Ensure the company remains financially viable, making necessary financial decisions to enhance profitability.
  3. Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities for the company.
  • Operational Oversight:
  1. Lead and manage the company’s senior executives to ensure alignment with the company’s goals.
  2. Monitor company performance and implement improvements.
  3. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Board Relations:
  1. Report to the Board of Directors on a regular basis, providing timely and accurate information regarding the company’s performance.
  2. Work closely with the Board to develop policies and strategic plans.
  3. Serve as a liaison between the Board and the company’s management.
  • Human Resources:
  1. Foster a corporate culture that promotes ethical practices, encourages individual integrity, and maintains a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Oversee the talent acquisition process to ensure the company has the necessary skills and expertise.
  3. Ensure employee performance is managed and measured effectively.
  • Public Relations:
  1. Represent the company at public events, meetings, and with other organizations.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.
  3. Act as the company’s spokesperson in various public engagements and with the media.

Job Requirements:

  • Education:
  1. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
  2. An MBA or other advanced degree is highly desirable.
  • Experience:
  1. Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in senior management roles.
  2. Proven track record of successfully leading a company or a large division.
  3. Experience in Moulding/Tooling is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
  1. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  2. Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.
  3. In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
  4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  5. Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage complex budgets.
  6. Ability to inspire and motivate employees at all levels.
