Responsibilities:
- Warm Welcome: Welcome guests with a genuine smile, fostering a welcoming environment upon their arrival.
- Queue Management: Efficiently manage customer queues to ensure smooth seating and enhance the dining experience.
- Order Processing: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system adeptly to process orders accurately and promptly, ensuring seamless service.
- Exceptional Service: Consistently exceed guest expectations by delivering exemplary food and beverage service.
- Customer Support: Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Hygiene Standards: Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant premises to ensure a pleasant environment for guests and staff.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and restocking inventory to facilitate smooth operations and minimize disruptions.
- Kitchen Support: Aid chefs and cooks in ingredient preparation to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
