Job Description:
- Lead and supervise Pharmacy Centralized Billing Team to ensure daily objectives are met within set timelines.
- Handle exceptions and escalate issues as needed to ensure smooth billing processes.
- Support team with process improvements, including automation and productivity initiatives.
- Supervise and train Patient Service Assistants (PSAs) to maintain service standards and ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Manage patient feedback, find solutions, and identify opportunities for service improvements.
- Perform administrative duties including procurement/billing support, serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for departmental administrative matters, and preparing onboarding for new staff.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Able to lead a group of Patient Service Associates
- Patient-fronting experience is preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
