Job Description:
- Inspect facilities, equipment, and systems for stability and quality.
- Build and execute maintenance budget plans.
- Schedule routine repairs and maintenance for a variety of facilities and equipment.
- Perform tasks such as parts replacements, cleaning, landscaping, and more.
- Delegate repair and maintenance responsibilities to team members.
- Maintain inventory records.
Job Requirement:
- Knowledge of HVAC or other relevant certification
- Proficient with M&E to fix potential problems
- Ability to lift heavy objects and do other labour-intensive tasks
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Stamina to stay active throughout the workday
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
