Job Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT hardware (printers, computers, projectors, peripherals).
- Resolve network and software issues (Microsoft Office, HR/Accounts Software, Adobe).
- Manage vendor relationships for maintenance and license renewals.
- Negotiate procurement of IT and office equipment.
- Ensure IT security with antivirus maintenance and data backups.
- Set up LAN networks and assign IP addresses.
- Provide helpdesk support to employees.
- Set up new PCs and notebooks, including email configurations.
- Assist with office CCTV system installation.
- Stay updated on operating systems and network protocols.
- Perform IT tasks like website updates and inventory management.
- Handle ad-hoc IT duties as needed.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma/Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good Analytical Skills, Fast Learner, Shows Initiative, Honest and responsible
- Able to start work immediately / Short Notice would be an advantage
