- Handling of customers’ enquiries, Site Visits.
- Improves financial status by analyzing results; supervising variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
- Increases efficiency by developing or implementing automated solutions & processes.
- Handling MOM related matters, Applying, issuing Work passes.
- Supporting payroll, HR related activities.
- Verifying Entry of all Sales invoices and maintain the customer Database.
- Studying drawings, do necessary calculation and make suitable recommendation of Aircon product models to customers
- Boosting the Sales through social media, Emails etc.
- Assist in arranging suitable working schedules for company technical staff,design workable working routines, makesure daily operations are well arranged.
