Key responsibilities:
• Lead operations across Singapore, which is comprised of 45 corporate stores.
• Develop and execute on the 5-year strategic plan.
• Create shareholder value from the market.
• Drive operational performance, effectiveness and efficiency across the market.
• Inspire a culture of high performance and excellence from the team.
Required skills & experience:
• Previous experience leading national operations.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen, particularly with the delivery of sales growth and business performance.
• An understanding of, or the ability to quicky build, knowledge of the QSR market in Southeast Asia.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build high performing teams.
