We are looking fo a dynamic, creative individual to join our HR team providing 50% HR Admin & 50% General administrative support, you will report to the local HR Manager.
Employee lifecycle (25%):
- Coordinate new employee orientation programs.
- Ensure new employees are provided with necessary resources, paperwork, and information.
- Issue ID access to new employee and arrange photos ID new colleagues announcement
Training and Development (25%):
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- Assist in identifying training needs and recommending appropriate training solutions.
- Track employee training attendance and maintain training records.
Procurement (30%):
- Work closely with respective business units on pantry and office supplies
- Procure G&A requested items on a monthly or quarterly basis
- Create SAP entries to ensure smooth procurement transaction
Office Administration (20%):
- Assist in all incoming VISA requests from colleagues
- Administer airport passes renewal and temporary request from colleagues / customers
- Liaise with contractors on building management issues
- Assist in all license renewal e.g. IATA, STP and RACAR renewal.
