1. Familiar with various financing institutions and products, and establish diversified corporate financing channels, including but not limited to domestic and overseas bank/syndicated loans, trade finance, supply chain finance, finance leasing, equity financing and other project financing experience. Responsible for the group's overseas financing planning, and build financing channels
2. Find financial capital to meet group financial targets
3. Liaise and work with finance institutions, trust company to build relationship
4. Study economic and financial policies, analyze regional financial market conditions and trends
5. Based on the market environment, research and analyze policies related to the company business, market information
6. Establish and improve financing management mechanism of finance institutions, sort out and optimize the financing process, maintain financing channels
7. Responsible for the collection and analysis of data on the operations of financing projects, and form a written report (both English & Chinese version) to the finance head, includes documentation translation
8. Prepare reports and presentations including financing planning reports, business presentations and etc in both English and Chinese version
Job requirements
1. Candidate must possess a degree in Finance/banking or equivalent, with minimum 7 years of relevant working experience
2. Experience in large-scale project financing, and familiar with multiple financing modes, such as bank financing, equity financing, and bond financing, understand the credit approval model of domestic and foreign banks, and be able to independently complete project presentation, and business negotiation
3. Must be self-starter and a quick learner, independent and flexible, with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on cross- functional projects
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high intensity work environment
5. Willing for cross-border business travels to South East Asia such as Indonesia, Hong Kong, and China mainland
6. Strong analytical, Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
7. Proficient English and Mandarin in both spoken and written to liaise with finance institutions and Mandarin speaking associates (function as the primary contact person to perform the review on financing contracts/ documentations and to follow up financing process arrangement)
8. Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office
