- Ensuring assigned maintenance activities by specialist and term contractors are carried out in a timely manner.
- Managing and liaising with internal and external stakeholders like tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
- Managing assigned A&A and minor repair works (Additions and Alterations works)
- Coming up with and supporting initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity of facilities management operations.
Requirements:
- Good Degree/Diploma in Estate or Facility Management, Real Estate, Property Development, Engineering or equivalent
- Class 3 or Class 3A Driving License
- Has at least 2 years of relevant experience in building maintenance, facilities management, Additions and Alterations works, construction enhancement, repairs
- Has experience in managing the contractors, suppliers, and vendors for building maintenance/ facilities management
