- Build short and mid-term strategies for categories and take ownership of executing.
- Continuously monitor core KPIs, including sales, profit, , and market share, adapting strategy when necessary to achieve goals.
- Analyze market, consumer, and competitor trends to identify gaps and opportunities to drive category growth
- Lead on -market strategy and new product launches, working closely with subsidiaries to ensure full readiness and excellence in execution
Requirement:
- Relevant experience in product marketing, with strong preference for consumer electronics experience
- Demonstrated experience in market analysis and product strategy development
- Experience coordinating product launches and go-to-market in multiple geographie
- Excellent analytical skills and excel capabilities
- Good stakeholder management and collaborative
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Experienced producing polished reports in PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to work night shift or split shift
- Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
