Job Description
· Report to the Project Director on the current work progress and establish comparisons between planned and actual progress
· Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required
· Prepare monthly report reflecting the work progress summary
· Update project schedule of ongoing contract
· Monitor work program and target milestones for each phase based on the approved baseline program
· Monitor critical path activities based on the project schedule and advise the project management team
· Prepare and submit updated work program and cashflow curves
· Monitor day-to-day work progress and update the weekly and monthly programs
· Maintain and record updates of the site work progress
· Any other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, preferably from a university recognized by the Singapore PE Board or BCA.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in Civil Infrastructure Engineering (Construction).
· Preferably Experience in either geotechnical work, shaft, and manhole construction but no limit too.
· Preferably Experience on LTA and PUB projects.
· Basic Experience in dealing with local Authorities / Stakeholders.
· Problem Solving Mentality.
· Strong Skills in work preparation, scheduling, supervision, and leading teams.
