Job Description
- Support daily operations through collaboration with department leaders to perform an array of administrative tasks, such as: managing basic procurement process, managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files, coordinating corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities
- Work with Personal Assistants from various divisions and Secretariats to schedule appointments and meetings
- Draft letters and prepare PowerPoint slides for presentation
- Support business initiatives and activities in the Division under the guidance of Group Director and Departmental Heads
- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies
- Any other administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in administrative support and providing secretarial support
- Strong work ethics, positive attitude
- Growth mindset, willingness to explore and support responsibilities beyond expectations of a Personal Assistant
- Good organization skills and ability to prioritize work
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, independent and able to multi-task
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Adobe and MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word, in particular)
