Responsibilities
- Assist manager in brand management
- Assist to prepare sales & marketing reports
- Checking of stocks and prepare stock reports
- Purchase & monitor raw materials
- Liaise with external suppliers
- Make arrangement & coordinate packing of finished goods
- Source for marketing material and premiums (POSMs)
- Handle emails & phone calls
- Support in planning, executing and implementation of marketing campaigns
- Ensure up-to-date and proper filing of documents and paperwork
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative work
- Basic knowledge on branding and marketing
- Meticulous
- Able to work independently
- Good rapport with colleagues
- Individuals with photoshop skills will be advantageous
- 5.5 Work days
