Responsible to direct and oversee the management of all aspects of the Clubhouse and Golf Course development, inclusive of additions & alterations on existing premises, according to the policies and directions set by all projects and redevelopment related committees.
- Manage all development projects by the Club from pre-planning stage to final completion stage, to achieve best results in design, time, budget, and quality.
- Represent the Club as its principal liaison officer to the various parties involved in the projects, such as government agencies, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, suppliers etc. from pre-planning stage to final completion stage.
- Formulate comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines & deliverables.
- Oversee the evaluation of the master project program and monitor work progress.
- Identify and address potential risks, proposing solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Establish and enforce quality standards and protocols for project deliverables.
- Provide regular updates through reports, presentations, and various communication channels to management and club committees.
- Manage contractors on site to oversee the daily delivery of projects within different delivery models and provide weekly reporting to the reporting officer.
- Lead and oversee the project and consultant team to ensure that projects are carried out according to the Club’s approved design brief and specifications; ensure proper tendering procedures as per Club’s policy and compliance with authorities’ requirements.
- Lead the projects and consultant team to ensure all works completed meet the industry quality and standard; ensure payment claims are valid and monitor defects rectifications are completed satisfactorily, and to oversee all project defects during the defect liability period.
