Job Responsibilities
- Implement and support local and regional SAP application systems.
- Understand and gather business requirements from business stakeholders and translate it into technical requirements to be implemented.
- Co-ordinate project activities such as confirmation of requirement, data migration, key user training, user acceptance test, cut-over activities etc.
- Lead the matters in the own work stream and liaise with the other work streams on integration matters.
- Liaise with technical team on technical requirement to support the business processes e.g., authorization, system interfaces, etc.
- Serve as a liaison between vendors/service providers and business teams.
- Provide application support and drive the most efficient utilization of applications to support the business objectives.
Job Requirements
- Degree in relevant disciplines.
- 3-5 years of experience in ERP implementation with minimum 2 full cycles, large scale project preferable.
- SAP S/4 Hana, retail or retail estate solution experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in at least 2 or more SAP modules in FICO, RE-FX, SD or Retail IS.
- SAP certification is an advantage.
- Application support experience is preferable.
