Responsibilities:
1. School operations admin.
2. Manage school fee payments, including accounts receivable, monitoring, and handling all GIRO processes.
3. Maintain records in the school management system (ERP), including fees and courses.
4. Provide general administrative support at the Head Office.
5. Offer on-site customer service support at branches.
6. Support branch-level activities such as open houses and trial lessons.
7. Perform any additional duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Minimum diploma in media marketing or a related field.
2. Relevant work experience in retail is advantageous.
3. Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
