Job Responsibilities
1.Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Identify target markets, customer segments, and potential sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Plan and organize sales activities, including lead generation, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to track progress and provide insights to management.
2.Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Cold call and email potential customers to introduce the institution's educational products and services.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, interests, and budgetary constraints.
- Follow up on leads promptly and efficiently to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
3.Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
- Conduct engaging and persuasive presentations to potential customers, showcasing the institution's educational offerings.
- Customize presentations to address the specific needs and requirements of each customer.
- Demonstrate the value and benefits of the institution's products and services to potential customers.
- Address customer concerns, objections, and questions effectively to alleviate any doubts or hesitations.
4.Relationship Building and Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customers' goals, challenges, and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales collateral.
- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers.
5.Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Generate regular sales reports and analysis to evaluate performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to stay informed and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel and work extended hours.
- Weekend commitment are required.
