Requirement:
1. Experience/Without Experience in retail sales or customer service.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Basic POS skills for managing sales and customer data.
5. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or customer service is a plus.

Working Hours & Commitment:
1. Full-time: 44 hours per week
2. Shifts include weekends and public holidays.
3. All staff are expected to commit to at least 1 year of employment to ensure continuity and service excellence.

4. Customer Service - Pre & Post Course
5. Conduct short and interactive workshop
6. Maintain Shop Cleanliness
7. Assist in Venue Setup
