What You'll Do
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing administrative support, handling travel bookings and expense claims, and managing ad hoc projects. You will also be responsible for arranging meetings and conference calls, preparing expense reimbursements, handling invoices, and providing backup support to other assistants when necessary. To succeed in this role, you must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
- Provide administrative support to a team of professionals
- Handle travel bookings and expense claims efficiently
- Manage adhoc events and coordinate the logistics of the events
- Arrange meetings, conference calls, and video-conferences as required
- Prepare expense reimbursements and handle invoices promptly
- Provide backup support to other assistants when necessary
What You Bring
The ideal Administrative Assistant candidate brings at least three years of experience in an administrative support role. The candidate must have proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint. The candidate possesses excellent command of both spoken and written English. She is quick to adapt and willing to work long hours whenever required. She is detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. She has a pleasant personality with a mature attitude; she is fast-learning, proactive and independent.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative support role; experience in the financial industry is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office applications with sound skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- Ability to adapt quickly and work long hours whenever required
