Your role:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to pinpoint growth opportunities in specific regional segments. Propose actionable insights to regional and global teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Develop deep regional market expertise and conduct benchmarking. Serve as a crucial link between local markets and global strategy, incorporating vital customer feedback and requirements.
- Scope out regional market opportunities and assess business cases for localized initiatives not covered in the global strategy, focusing on white spots and high-impact applications.
- Contribute to industry-specific content for Marketing programs that support local market activation and customer engagement, emphasizing key applications and scaling processes.
- Participate actively in regional sales and marketing meetings, providing essential business insights that guide and refine sales strategies and market focus.
- Define ambitious regional strategies and roadmaps aligned with market and application strategies. Drive execution to achieve set objectives effectively.
- Oversee efficient product lifecycle management, including New Product Introductions (NPI), regional extensions, and rationalization. Lead end-to-end coordination of regional product launches, ensuring optimal time-to-market for all NPIs.
- Define portfolio segmentation and drive improvements to the Golden Range tailored to regional needs, in alignment with market strategy and application managers.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to manage category profitability and ensure commercial success within the region.
Your skills:
- Degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing
- Min. 10 years of relevant experience in Market Strategy / Business Development / Sales / Application Engineering
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful market penetration & portfolio strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across diverse cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the industry and market trends. Experience in the Electric Vehicles or Medical industry is a plus
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and project management methodologies
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills specially with MS Office, Adobe, and Power BI are a plus
