We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager to lead our team of designers. As a Design Manager, you will oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring innovative and high-quality workplace design solutions. This role requires strong leadership, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of 9 designers, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Oversee design projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present design solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Develop innovative design concepts from scratch, demonstrating creativity and idealism.
- Ensure all designs align with client objectives and project requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a leader in a design role.
- Strong project management skills and knowledge in Workplace Fit-out.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Creative and idealistic with the ability to develop designs from scratch.
