Responsibility:
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
- Handle correspondence and communications related to smart solution projects.
- Maintain and organize project files and records.
- Assist in the planning and execution of smart solution projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project milestones are met.
- Track project progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Gather client feedback to improve service delivery and solution offerings.
- Collect and analyze data related to smart solution projects.
- Prepare and present data reports to management and clients.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Identify opportunities for improving administrative processes and project workflows.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures.
Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or project coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Following retail operation hours, including PH: Sundays to Thursdays (11 am to 8 pm) Fridays & Saturdays (11 am - 9 pm)
