Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the work of construction crews.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Resolve problems and issues arise during construction periods.
- Maintain safety standards on construction sites.
- Comply with all relevant regulations and codes.
Qualifications
- Min. Diploma or Bachelor Qualification Needed.
- At least 10 years in construction management or a related field.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Preferably possess a valid Class 3 and above license.
