Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Primary contact point for Sales Account Managers, Principals and Vendors.
- Focus on proactive costing generation.
- Focus on maintenance contract, follow up and closure.
- Assists in pricing sourcing, preparation of BOM & quotation, liaising with partner/principal/vendors on pricing aspects, and other maintenance business relevancies.
- Preparation, monitor, forecasting and to track maintenance contract renewal rate.
- To work with service delivery managers on maintenance support relevancies.
- To Assist Business Manager on identifying Go-To-Market strategy when necessary.
Education and Experience:
- Degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply-Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Ability to work under tight schedule, manage multiple groups of users, process assignments with efficiency, accuracy, maintain positivity and patience.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken in English.
- Comfortable with process/functional documentation.
- Self-motivated, integrity and ethical.
- Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in the use of computers and office suites (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word &etc.)
- Product knowledge in Network, Server or Security will be an added advantage.
