They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Jewelry Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate leader with a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of the jewelry market, and a proven track record of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, staffing, and customer service.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service to customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase profitability.
- Ensure that the store maintains a visually appealing and well-organized environment.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and foster brand loyalty.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury, Fashion, Cosmetics, Lifestyle brand industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
