Project Planning
- Preparation of the Company's Quality Assurance Manual and the ongoing control and supervision of all amendments and revisions.
- Preparation and control of project system management documentation prior to the project commencement.
- Preparation of method statements for tenders and projects.
Project Execution
- Monitor all quality-related activities for ongoing projects
- Ensure non-conformance reports are rectified
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
- Perform inspection on all procedures and prepare inspection checklists
- Coordinate with the site team regarding any ongoing site issues.
- Prepare weekly progress report and address all QA / QC concerns.
Subcontractor and Supplier Management
- Verify Main Contractor quality requirements to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
- Perform and maintain all internal and external factory audits
- Inspect production and delivery to ensure adherance to specifications.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as contractual obligations (e.g. specifications and schedule)•Monitor all operations that affect quality
