Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Craft, plan, and execute compelling marketing campaigns that align with our business goals. Utilize various digital and traditional marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Event Management: Lead the planning and execution of corporate and educational events, including coordination with vendors, management of event schedules, and on-site logistics. Ensure events are executed smoothly and reflect @ASK Training's values and standards.
- Email Marketing: Design and implement effective email marketing strategies to engage and expand our audience. Manage email campaigns from concept through execution and analysis.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to understand current trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and events using key metrics. Prepare reports on campaign results and provide insights for improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing objectives are met.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets for marketing campaigns and events, ensuring resources are used efficiently to achieve maximum impact.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma in Digital Marketing,or related field.
- Experience: Demonstrated experience in leading successful marketing campaigns and coordinating events.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
